Skoufa Gallery is pleased to present a solo show by Kostas Papanikolaou titled ‘’The Last Days of Pompeii” on Thursday the 6th of June at 19.30. The exhibition will run until the 29 of June 2019.
His works depict a State struggling to get back on track under the shadow of its own problems. The artists microcosms are led by simultaneous contrasts, balancing between joy and sorrow, creation and destruction. His subject matter is the main reason why his work is considered to be more topical than ever.
