Group exhibition

Skoufa Gallery invites you to “POP in”, a group show exhibition on Thursday the 11th of April at 19:30. The exhibition will run until the 4th of May 2019.
Popular idols, famous brand names and witty catch phrases dominate in a peculiar scenery of colors. Participating artists, departing from the basic principles of Pop and Neo-Pop art, are presenting a visual storytelling of the contemporary times. Drawing their topics from mass culture and modern consumer society, they strive to focus on issues highlighted by the contradictions of our world. Humor, criticism and eccentricity, vivid colors and daily objects, mix up to form new oeuvres of Neo Pop art that comment upon social changes, while at the same time they push us to celebrate life.
Amongst Greek and International artists the visitor would have the chance to see in person the works of the pioneer of the Neo-Pop art movement Jeff Koons, and the Master of Kinetic Art Patrick Rubinstein.
